Description What makes great non-profits great? Now more than ever, social sector leaders need to know how to maximize their impact. This session draws upon the groundbreaking research published in the recently-released book Forces for Good: The Six Practices of High-Impact Nonprofits (Fall '07). Co-author Heather McLeod Grant will moderate a session with senior leaders from several of the 12 high-impact nonprofits that she and her co-author studied. Together, they will provide an overview of the six practices, and give you tools that you can use to increase your impact -- whether you're a social entrepreneur, director, board member, volunteer, or donor.
