On this episode, our featured web celeb is Olga Kay, a 27-year-old comedic actress and performer who "has the internet by the balls." This Russian web celeb joined the YouTube community in June of 2006. Her "Moosh Army" of nearly 150000 subscribers has racked up 1.75 million channel views and continues to grow. She started her career in Russia as a circus performer at the age of 14. A few years later, she became a part of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus team, where she traveled to the US to perform. In 2006 Olga discovered YouTube and found a great outlet for her acting and performing career. Olga began to create videos regularly, which include: video blogs, juggling, cooking, comedy sketches and more. In her "Ask Olga Kay" show, she answers tough questions sent in by her "Moosher" fans... In addition to "Ask Olga Kay," you can catch her other webisodes like "Emo Love", where she tries to get her other persona Stacy Rect to go on a date, which was suggested of course, by her Mooshers. Olga also has an interactive short film for YouTube, coming up soon entitled, "Olga Kay's Circus." The film was shot in 3 days with the talent of a cast and crew of 40 people, including David Lawrence, who has appeared in Heroes and Lost. Over $4500 was raised through donations to help fund the project which was directed by Andrea Ball, and produced by Sarah Evershed.
